“You must know yourself to grow yourself.”

The Maxwell DISC Method
What if you could tap into your greatest motivations to dramatically improve your relationships and accelerate your results?
Your individual personality affects every aspect of your life. With a better understanding of your own preferred behavioral and communication styles, as well as others’ styles, you can communicate more effectively and build stronger relationships.
Get along with anyone, even if you’re not a “people person.”
What Is A DISC Assessment?
A DISC Assessment is administered through a proprietary questionnaire that asks individuals to respond to a series of behavior-based statements. The assessment measures four primary personality styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. After completing the assessment, each person receives a personalized report that highlights their communication style, strengths, motivators, potential blind spots, and ways to improve relationships and teamwork. The results are then reviewed through a one-on-one debrief to help individuals apply what they learned to their personal life, leadership, or workplace interactions. Upon completion of our debrief session together, we will design a plan that will be the most beneficial for continued growth and development.

Everyone you encounter is motivated differently, communicates differently, and views tasks and relationships differently. The Maxwell DISC Assessment Profile will help you achieve greater success when you learn to value your strengths as well as those of others.
Through the DISC Assessment, you will explore ways to:
-
Apply the Law of Awareness to recognize your strengths and limitations.
-
Overcome your shortcomings and clear the path for
personal and professional growth.
-
Understand how others are different and how to work
with each personality.
-
Build a stronger team that communicates, appreciates
the style of others and works well together.
-
Learn effective strategies for handling conflict and personality clashes.
